The sticker on your valve cover isn't a bad source of information for the F100-F250 trucks , but I'm not sure if the bigger trucks have that.

I bought it for my F250.
It is the electronic scanned version of the factory manual.
I think I prefer the actual book, but this version isn't too bad if you can't find the book.
As fas as timing specs, if I remember right, most of these FE (and FT) engines have an initial timing of 6 deg BTDC, but most guys push that and run 10-12 of initial. But you have to listen for engine knock (or preignition, detonation, whatever you want to call it).
Other specs? The guys on this site are a great wealth of information and happy to share it. Sometimes you may have to wait a few days.
