Doing IPR o-ring kit questions

Doing IPR o-ring kit questions
I have decided to do the IPR o-ring kit for my 99 model cause of the hard starting problem. I need to know if anyone knows the part number for this kit from international and Ford. Also when I suck the oil out of the HPOP reservoir do I need to fill it back up after and do I use normal Diesel Motor Oil. Thanks..

Before I buy the kit can I just pull out the IPR valve and check it out to see if there is any splits in the orings. Or when I pull it out will I tear up the o-rings? Im only doing this cause of the hard starting when hot and I read some threads where the IPR valve can cause this. Let me know...
