Lightning Bronco

I have a 1996 ford bronco xlt sport in black. I am gonna do a conversion slightly. I have a couple questions I hope all you can answer. What's the difference between a 1995 E4OD Lightning trans and a 1996 E4OD bronco trans? Will lightning rims from the 2000-2001 years fit a bronco? I want to put a 1995 lightning dash guages in. I want the 120 mph instead of my 90 mph bronco one. But how would I install it so it would work? How do I calibrate it? Ford did it. Who makes superchargers for broncos? I know of Powerdyne and Vortech. Any one else? Any one ever buy Cervinis hoods? And if I do would the 1995 lightning ram air kit work for the bronco with slight modification. I have a K&N Aircharger so I figured just install it and mod the box around the filter. What would I have to do to make my bronco 2WD? I know it has been done my Mr. Randall. Lightning I-Beams and Springs. Thats it? Seems too simple. Who makes good brakes for broncos? I saw AP Racing makes the slotted like rotors and pads. But I cant seem to find the better calipers. Any one know of a better company? Any one have any other articles from magazines other than the sport truck in dec. 93 of the lightning broncos? I know of at least two other articles I dont have. Can some one scan them and post? Any one got pics of the white one? I have yet to see it. What happened to the white and black lightning broncos done by ford? In there mueseum or something. I heard they got scaped meaning what ripped apart? Why. Thanks

Understandably, these transmissions can handle only so much. The lightning is built a little heavier as the standard ford E40D is built only to handle up to about 325 horsepower. Don't take my word for it. But just like stangs, the trans needs to be beefed up or it'll fly apart. The newer one in the 95 and 96 is much better than those found in 94's.
