Dash removal
Does anyone on the list know the sequence of assembly that Ford uses when they put the dash into the van. What I am mainly concerned with is the wiring harness. Does the harness go into the van with the dash? In other words is the dash fully assembled with the harness and then only the connections in the left and right kickpanel and the 212 connector to the engine compartment are made??????
I just removed the dash from my wrecked 90 and ran into all sorts of problems. The haynes manual said to remove the left two bolts, the right one and then the center. Then unplug all connectors and remove dash. Sure sounds easy......but trust me it ain't....
