Not Many New X Owners Out There

Surfing around local Ford dealer websites. Most dealers only have 3 or 4 X's in stock, even the big dealers.

KTP is only making ~400/week.

Gas prices, I guess. Wouldn't hurt is Ford actually admitted to the public once in a while that it makes the X.

Heaven forbid Ford actually asks someone to buy one.

I just was commenting to my wife this am...
Was going to return some videos to Blockbuster in Mansfield, Tx this morning and on Walnut Creek thru the golf course I saw THREE other Ex's....
It seems I'm seeing more and more of them each day... and at the DFW diesel dyno day yesterday there were 3 of them as well...

More than I've seen in the 3 years since I got my first Ex...

AutoNation only listed about a dozen or so at all of their Metroplex stores.

Prestige Ford in Garland only has 3 or 4. They are a huge Ford dealer.

The dealer in Gainesville where I bought mine had 4 or 5 when I bought mine. Now he has 1.

Some people think they don't even make the X anymore. Ford advertised a little when new saying it was the largest SUV on the planet since then nothing. Since Ford makes around $10K per unit you would think they would run some adds for it.

Nope. Not showing any online.

Don Davis has 2.

Texan Ford doesn't have any.

Yep,
mine didn't show up online either...
but when I went there it was sitting on the bcklot ad the GM had to go looking for the paperwork !!!
I was GLAD it didn't show up anywhere because it was JUST what I wanted :-)

Those darn computer inventories are only as good as the person maintaining it...
if it's not timely, the data is almost of no use...

but I agree, they may be backing off on ordering them given the current gas scare !
