Lamp Assembly —Headlamp, Aerodynamic
Removal and Installation

NOTE: Make sure that the headlamp switch and the ignition switch are in the OFF position.

Remove the headlamp assembly.
Pull up and remove the two upper headlamp clips.
Release the lower headlamp clip.
Position the headlamp so the electrical connector can be accessed.
Disconnect the headlamp electrical connector.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
If necessary, adjust the headlamps.

You should have replaceable bulbs. Which means you do not have to remove the whole assembly. There is a big black ring if you follow the wire down to the back of the head light. You give that ring a turn and the light buld itself will come out. Try not to touch the new buld as the oils from your skin will shorten the life.

Good luck. Toyman

To release the bottom clip, slip a 9/16" boxed end wrench over it from the back and pull the headlamp assm. forward.
