I checked the Ford Manual and it only shows the hub as an assembly, it goes into zero detail about the bearing (except to say that if the bearing is shot you have to replace the whole hub assembly). No part numbers, nothing.

So you might have to take it apart and try and size the bearing yourself...

They may have a number stamped into the seal or race, any good auto parts store will be able to cross referace them, it will prbly have a manufacture name on one side and directly across, the part number, like NSK 5106 , (thats not the number just and example) and you give that to your parts rep and theyll cross refreance, or you would measure, ID, OD, THICKNES AND seals. one side both sides none? but the number is the easyest, look hard, sometimes its on the seal and sometimes on the race.

This thread has pretty much the whole nine yards on the PVH system. On page 3 of the thread there are some links posted to pages with pictures showing the hubs partially dissasembled:

FX4 debuted in 2002 as the top-of-the-line Ranger. In 2003 it changed and replaced the old "off-road" package. But that doesn't have anything to do with the type of hubs used in the front end if that's what you are wondering.

I have a 98 mazda and had the same problem I had to end up getting the whole assembly ($200). I did a whole bunch of checking around and found out that you couldnt just order the bering because the company that makes it (timken) doesnt just sell the bering, i think the guy at the bering shop told me that timken probably just makes that bering for ford and sells it just to ford for their front hub assemblys. I did go to the local auto parts store and they tried to cross reference the bering but the bering that it crossed over to didnt look a thing like the one I had.
