Ford just released the order guide to the dealers. Here's what's changed:
King Ranch package available on Lariat
Work Truck package available on XL
4.2 V6 available (Regular-cab, XL or XLT trim levels only)
5-speed manual standard with V6 (automatic optional)
NEW colors: Dark Stone on STX, XLT and Lariat, Dark Copper on King Ranch
Overhead rail system now optional
6-disc CD changers now MP3 compatible
Homelink and power adjustable pedals now optional on Lariat
DVD electrical prep package now available
New rear cargo storage unit available for Regular-Cab
Captain's Chairs (cloth or vinyl) w/ console now available on XL
Trust me: that's it. No, they're not offering the SuperCrew with a 6.5 foot bed, or anything else that was on someone's wish list. At least not for now.
Power-fold, heated, signal mirrors (black) w/puddle lamp (exclusive to King Ranch!) -- why don't they make these optional on all models?
I can only post the information as I receive it from Ford. Any further conjecture on my part will lead to flame wars that I just don't have the time (or the stomach) for. There are other experts here that you should be looking to for this sort of information.
