Crankcase Ventilation

Howdy All,

I have read a few threads in the past about oil in the intercooler and oil seeping by the silcone boots on the intercooler tubes. I have noticed various ways of running a bypass system to solve this problem.

I was looking through my JEGS cataloge under VACUM PUMPS and noticed that they have some really nice billet oil breather and oil seperator tanks with filters. All made from nice shiny billet aluminum or painted black. They hold from one pint to one quart of oil and have a drain petcock. Cost from $46.00 to $75.00.

I am going to order one of these an try it out.

I know that winter is over for the most part but JEGS also carries really nice oil preheaters and heating pads for quick warmups.

you may want to do a search for "crank vent bypass" or "crank case vent bypass" you can get the job done and maybe even gain a little power for less money than that kit
