I have had a 79 Bronc with a 400, which sucks buttocks in ALL areas of consideration. 
I put a 460 in it and I LOVED it. The gas mileage was actually better, although just slightly. I now have another 79 which just spun a bearing...sound familiar to anyone out there? I found a 460 and am planning to slap that bad boy in after I rebuild it. Oh I have a C-6 and like my first swap I'll throw on some L and L fender well headers. I to am just waiting for the cash...maybe I'll win the lottery and get it done quick...of course I'd guess I should maybe buy a ticket huh?
