So I ordered a Diablo Chip for my explorer wed night and its still not here anyone know how long these things should take? BTW code is xqx3 if it makes a difference

Ken sorry to bring this up again in the boards but ive tried contacting motorhaven both through the number you gave and email. As of yet Ive been unable to get a response on either end is there another number or email address I can try?

 

Hey, I understand. We moved the company (again, 2nd time in 4 months!) last week, things have been hectic. They changed our phone number again, I don't know why the phone company just can't let us take it with us. Shouldn't happen again, we're at this spot for at least the next 18 months!

Okay, I show that Diablo didn't have a template on file for a stock application. Normally, that only adds a 1-2 day delay, but things have been slow over there since they started concentrating more on the Predators. I'll push their lead guy to get my template in the morning, and one way or another, you'll have it the next day. UPS overnight shipping will be paid by us. I apologize for the delay.
