Have had both digital and analog multimeters. Bought a otc 3545 and really like it, but the cost for most is prohibitive, borrowed a friends Fluke when I was looking for one, (he was an aircraft mechanic) but this one just seems to suit my needs better.

Thanks for all the input. I located a Fluke 185 brand new, in the box at a local high tech company's surplus store. It appears the 185 is only sold to the European market, but looks to be similar to others in the 18X series.
