which one chip or tuner?

I would like to get some feedback on this subject.I just bought 95 sc psd 4x4 automatic. I have only rode in one auto before it was a 99 sc psd and very sluggist I will not be towing much just would like to have the power and responce.My dad has bought new diesels every 3 years since they came out in the 80's and he loves them but they have always been manuals.So help me out here chip or tuner?

which one chip or tuner?

Tuner. It costs the same, works for all the ECU types and has two programs.... plus it uses the same code as the chip.
