Mirrors that Shake
Mirrors that Shake
Hi
My 1995 F150 4x4 Mirrors Vibrate. The inner and outer door panel skin upper supports by the outside mirrors are broken, and someone has tried to weld them back but they are very thin and you can't get into them very well. I thought about a small patch over the top of them glued with adhesive that metal panels are glued back on with. Is there a better way or has someone already tried this?
Steve

Are the mirrors stock?
My 87 f250 has mirrors that shake. I've only owned the the truck for about a week. But it seems that I do not have stock mirrors. They're black plastic enclosures. Aren't they supposed to by huge metal ones?
