Another Oil Question For PSD
On my PSD engine I run Shell Rotella. I have tried one oil change with the synthetic Valvolene Dura Lube. I have decided to go back to Rotella, which I have used on all other diesels I have owned. My question is if a synthetic has been used in the engine can I go back to the regular oil. Ive been told that the synthetic adheres to the internal rubber parts and will not be compatible with switching back to a conventional oil.
