I've got headers on my 360, I havent had any problems except surface rust and some flaking. Does anyone make a paint or coating that will not burn off and that will protect from further damage from rust?
Paint is only a temporary coating. The only coating that will stop rusting is ceramic coating. I do not know if they can be coated if they are already rusty though.

There is a ceramic coating available. Your headers will need to be acid dipped first to get all the rust off. They come up a treat when done, but it ain't cheap.
