Question need help replacing a fender

I am helping a friend fix a right front fender on an '03 F-150 Supercrew. We were lucky enough to find another replacement in a salvage yard that color matches so we will not have to paint it.
We are trying to figure what will have to be removed to get the fenders on and off. When the wheel well trim is removed, can we access everything? Or will the grill and headlights have to be removed?
I have searched the forum, but did not come up with a post for this
We are on a military post, so we will have to pay for time in the automotive shop bay, and we are trying to get a heads up to keep from wasting time there.
Is there a body assemby manual with a blowup of this?

Thanks,
Beri

Everything will have to be removed from the front of the truck except bumper. Here's the removal instructions from my Ford service manual. You can buy a hayes manual and it will give some detail.

1. Remove the radiator grille opening panel reinforcement

2. If equipped, remove the front wheel opening moulding.
.....1 Remove the pin-type retainer.
.....2 Remove the screws.
.....3 Remove the wheel opening moulding.

3. Remove the front fender splash shield.
....1 Remove the screws.
....2 Remove the pin-type retainers.
....3 Remove the front fender splash shield.

4. Remove the cowl grille. For additional information, refer to «Cowl—Grille».

5. On RH front fender, remove the antenna mast.

6. On RH front fender, remove the antenna base.
....1 Remove the radio antenna base cap (18A927) by gently inserting a thin straight-edged screwdriver underneath the cap and carefully following inside the perimeter until both snaps are free.
....2 Remove the screws.
....3 Lift the antenna base.
....4 Disconnect the radio antenna lead-in cable (18812) and remove the antenna base.

7. Remove the fender stuffer.
8. Remove the stone guard.
....1 Remove the pin-type retainers.
....2 Remove the stone guard.
9. Remove the front fender.
....1 Remove the bolts.

Thanks

I thought this might be the case, but also thought I might be missing something.
This should get us started.

Thanks,
Beri
