Because his is stock, and yours is modified you should win. I am a huge fan of the PowerStroke, but you have the power and weight advantage. Now if his had a Tymar air intake, 4inch straightpiped exhaust, and a Diablo Predator 100 HP tune he would probably win.
Or if his was a stock 6.0 PSD, he would probably win because the 6.0 PSD has 325 HP and 560 ft, lbs. of torque, redlines at 4300 RPM, has a five speed auto, and is lighter than the 7.3PSD
