Fixing a broken intake coolant fitting
I recently got a 460 intake that is in relativly good condition the only problem is that one of the coolant fittings is broken off.

I do not wan't to try and find another intake since they are scarese and expensive in these parts.
so I wanted to try an fix it my self.
My Idea was to drill out the old fitting then tap the hole and put in another fitting.
My questions are will this work? and are there any other options? better or not.
Thanx, JJ

I think I would take it to a machine shop.
