Turbo Cool Down
How critical is Turbo Cool Down after Freeway driving? Such as pulling into a rest area for a short stop after warp two speeds for a hundred miles. Found a comment in the book that recommends 7 to 10 minutes. Comments Please.

Turbo Cool Down
What I've been told is that you need to let the turbo cool down to 300-350 degrees before shutting it down. If you're heading home, and getting there requires you to drive through a residential area, you're probably already cool enough when you get home. If you're travelling, and hammerin' the rig right up to pulling in to the rest area, do like I do, let 'er idle while you use the facilities. I think it's easier on the truck, overall, to just let 'er idle than to shut 'er down for five minutes, start 'er up, and commence to hammerin' again.
