Turbo cool down ?

Turbo cool down ?
sorry for the newbie question but would like to know...
Does a person need to let the new 6.7 turbo idle to cool down before shutting down ??
I know some vehicles will continue to run after you shut down and walk away to cool the turbo(s) but not sure if the new truck will do this or if I need to let it idle for awhile or what to do.....

I have always heard and done that after towing and hard driving to let it cool down for a few minutes but even then if you are towing and say get off the hwy and if you are towing through a town at a realitively normal speed, the turbo will cool down by the time you, lets say, get to the gas station.
Could be wrong, but that is what I have done and had no problems

Here is what I do. I don't tow all that heavy so it's not a big deal for me.
when I exit the interstate, my oil temp is usually 212. When I get to the hotel or whatever I watch the oil temp and when it gets below 200 I feel like I can shut it off. 190 seems to be the operating temp at idle. I'm not really sure what it's supposed to be.

Page 10 of the diesel supplement says:
"To prolong engine life (especially after extended high speed, high
ambient temperature, or high GVW/GCW operation), it is recommended
that a hot engine be idled for 3-5 minutes which will allow the
turbocharged engine to cool down."
