They sell a foam type spray for bees and wasps that you are suppose to spray into the nest holes. It sticks around kills the larva that emerge. Myself, I use Raid Roach and Ant killer for close up combat, if they fly away they die shortly thereafter.

Cant you just FOG the house, I'm sure if you used one or two in each room, it will get to their nests, and kill them, they may fly around the house and die in the middle of the living room floor, but then you can just walk around after the fog clears and pick them up. I know those foggers are really for killing fleas and stuff, but certainly they would kill wasps.

I am also having a bad wasp problem this year. Not as bad as you though. I am having a hard time keeping them from building nests between my storm door and main door at the back of the house. The past week I have knocked a newly formed nest down and killed about 3 of them. They keep coming back though. I am deathly alergic to stings so they scare the hell out of me. I am going to try your idea superspike.
