Stupid Question

Hey Guys,

I have a 2000 F-250 CC, SB, 4x4 with a 7.3. I have noticed an oil leak in the area of the rear main seal. It appears to be motor oil, and I was wondering if this repair is typically covered under the 100k warranty? Thanks.

theyll probably look at it, clean it up, and tighten up the turbo pedastal bolts and say, good to go.

OAGES,

The very same thing happened to me. They will cover it, but if you're outside the 36,000 mile warranty, it's a $100 deductible.
