Post Heater hose location

Where are the heater hoses located on a 2003 F150? I'm looking to get one of those flush n fill kits(Prestone I believe).

There are located on the right side of the engine compartment (right side when you are sitting in it). Are you sure you need to flush already?

Although I have used it in the past, I would recommend against the "flush and fill" on your F150, at least until such time as you replace the heater hoses.

In the current location, there is too great a chance that you will wet your ignition coils either by leaks or when flushing. The COP's are a weakness anyway, and you don't want to do anything to hasten their demise.

I see. Ok I won't use the flush n fill then. I guess the best way to do it is just use water, fill up radiator, and run the motor for several minutes. Then drain and repeat.

Well I would probably use a cleaner, but with a truck that new, it might not be necessary unless it has unusually high mileage.
