Squeaking Sound When Turning

Hey guys got a little problem here. I wanted to check in and see if anybody has ever had this problem and if so if its possible to fix without having to take it to a repair shop. The problem is when i go to make turns more so right turns there is a squeaking sound similar to when your break pads need changed. It also does it sometimes when i start to take off from a complete stop. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Maybe your bearings? Try repacking them. Also, when is the last time your front-end was greased? Try getting a grease gun and greasing your ball joints, tie-rod ends and any other grease nipples you can find. Also do your u-joints while you are at it. Good luck.......

I will let you know. I just figure on taking it in to get repaired unless someone post within the next few days or so with a solution. But either way I'll let you know.
