15 inch wheels
I have but 4 wheels for my 57 F-100. I need a fifth for a spare. Question, will a Ford passenger car 15 inch wheel work on my truck, or did the F-100's have different wheels?

I dont think it will work
It wont work because the ford trucks use a larger diamiter bolt patern than the cars. I think the cars are 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern and the trucks are 5 on 5-1/2 inch bolt patern.
