Electrical Problems
I have a 1996 Ford F250 4x4 with the 7.3 powerstroke. My problem is my ABS light is on, my cruise control does not work, brake lights and turn signals do not work, and the transmission does not shift properly. All fuses are good. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Tom.

You said all fuses are good, do they have power? Fuse #13 under the hood powers fuse #13 under the dash which feeds the brake light switch light green/red wire then (with pedal depressed) the green wire powers brake lights, turn signals, speed control, and ABS through the multifunction switch.

Had a brain fart, there is power at both fuses and the fusible links are good, also checked as many grounds as I could find and cleaned them up, still no luck, looks like it's going to be one of those nights.

You might want to check the turn signal/hazard light switch that's located in the steering column. I had one fall apart on me inside a gm column, and it triggered an ABS fault, took out the cruise control, and brake lights. It didn't completely fall apart though, so my signal lights still worked.
