Dash Panel

I have a dash panel that will fit a 61-66 truck that I plan to sell on ebay, but I want to know what year / style it is. Looks to me like it must be a custom cab type of setup. Here is the link to some pictures:

I'm sorry about the poor quality of the pics, but that is the best my camera will do. If anyone can help me identify this, I'd sure appreciate it.
