Does anyone know how the computer picks up the EGT.
Since there is a code that gets picked up by the computer for an overtemp I'm assuming there is a probe. That being the case can the temp be read and ported to a gauge?
Along the same line of thought, Does the dash readout (hold in trip reset button while starting vehicle) show the EGT? I tried to find it last night but nothing jumped out at me as a exhaust temp reading.
