96 F250 psd E40D
My 96 F250 4X4 psd tranny has the OD light coming on (blinking) for about 2 days then stays off for about 1-2 weeks. Had codes checked at Ford dealer and they say the torq conv. is slipping. This has been going on for 35,000 miles. When the light is off the trans shifts great but when it's blinking it bangs into gear both up and down. No other codes are registering. Is it a mechanical problem or an electrical sensor? JHS
