Most reliable performance chip (Ranger)?
I know nothing about chips so forgive my ignorance. What is the most reliable performance chip out there for a Ranger? Mainly I would like a chip that is very highly unlikely to do damage to my engine and still improve all around performance for my truck. I drive a 2000 Ford Ranger 3.0 V6 4x4. Will a performance chip actually make a difference in my truck or will I just be wasting my money? Would you actually consider using a chip if you have a warranty still on the vehicle? Most people on TRS, ORR, and RPS will tell you that ***** is the way to go. I got a chip from them for 350 that would have cost me 650 from superchip, best mod I have ever done to my truck.
