truck leveling kit?

truck leveling kit?
Can anyone tell me where to find a kit that would allow me to drop the rear just enough to match the front. I owned a 2 wheel drive supercrew. Not looking to slam it down just level it. If there are any pics out there of this done to a 04 F-150 please let me know. Thanks.
