Buy the line in the lengths you need from any auto parts store. All you have to do is crawl under there with a tape measure. Get yourself a good bending tool. You can use a double flare tool to put a hose retaining bulge on the ends of tubing.
5/16" line should be good for the pressure lines from the pump to the engine. 3/8" line for suction from the pump to the tank.
