I noticed for the first time today, a small hook on the back wall offset just a few inches from directly above the driver's seat. I cannot think of any possible use for this hook. Hanging anything from it would interfere with the driver's head, unless you are REALLY short. Anyone know what it is there for?
Because, if it were on the passenger side, it would obstruct the view of the right hand blind spot.
What the heck is that Qworks thing doing there?
I only typed in "blind spot"

Wild! I just typed blind spot as well, and it showed up for me, too. Maybe it's glitch in Carnivore (that internet monitoring software the government spies on us with).
EDIT: and yet it didn't Qworks me when I typed "blind spot" in the next line. Weird!

Well with an extended cab you can actually hang things there! I keep a trusted hat hanging on mine so if I ever forget to take a hat when I am out fishing, I have one in the truck. Might be a problem in a regular cab but it is just fine in the X-Cab!
I have a new regular cab, and yesterday I went to hang a hat on my hook only to discover that the hook is on the driver's side.. How stupid, I can't use it!
