Are BB and SB E4ODs the same length?

Are BB and SB E4ODs the same length?
Are E4ODs that came behind 460s the same length as the ones that were behind 302s? The reason I'm asking is because I have been thinking about putting a 460 in my '94 Bronco when the 302 takes a dump. Also, will a newer E4OD (1995-1996) work ok with an older EFI 460 and computer?
