identify this trans. case
I recently picked up a transfer case a guy was selling and I don't know what type it is. I have the numbers off of it, they are NEW PROCESS GEAR MODEL 208 RATIO 261. I was wondering if it had the hi lo 4 wheel drive in it.

You pretty much have the info. NP208, aluminum case, chain drive, with a 2.61:1 4LO ratio. Found in Ford Broncos and F-150's of the late 70's and early-mid 80's. In working condition it has 2HI-4HI-Nuetral-4LO gear pattern, so yes it has hi lo 4 wheel drive.
