I keep using an old thread as reference for people looking for info on leveling kits, but it is a really long thread that has info scattered around. SOOOO.. here is a list of Hanger Kits available and their sizes. I hope everyone is on this list.. If not, add too it, but let's try to keep it simple so it can be used as reference on sizes available, not who's best.
Superlift - 2 inch
Rubicon Express - 2 inch
RCD - 2 inch
BDS - 2.5 inch
Edge - 3 inch
Whiplash - 3 inch
Trailmaster - 3 inch
Fabtech - 3.5 inch
ProComp - 3.5 inch
Al's Performance - 4inch
Edge - 4.5 inch
Truckin' Susp - Various Sizes
Instead of starting a new thread, and since I have done multiple searches and read everything, but there is still not a clear answer.
For all those that have done hanger lifts only (at least first) Do you need any additional parts, like the trackbar, shocks, etc. for up to a 3.5 Hanger Kit?
Who has the best prices?
So far the best Fabtech price I can find is $473.00, any other good options?
of course, these are just hangers, and not kits... but the price is good, and the quality leaves most of the others in the dirt, at least the ones i have seen...
TN Jeeper - again this thread was started as a reference for the hangers available. If you search you WILL find the info you want on what is included, whether you need additional parts, and how much the stuff costs. Please read before you post. Also there is no need to post the same message in more than one thread.
Thanks mattsf250

a word of caution on the nixon performance lift. i bought there hangers, and the welding done on the hanger was undersized. i work at a steel fab shop making cell towers. we have a US & Canadian certified weld inspector on staff, he did not pass the welds on the hangers. which is what i suspected. so i re-welded them. they didn't look safe!
I'll give you my personal experience with a shackle kit. I first want to say the kit was exactly what I wanted, I was very impressed with the quality, and looked good.
I installed my FLY-N-HI 3" shackle kit and had noises from the front springs. I realized this was due to the lower sway bar ends hitting the springs on medium sized bumps. I found that my steering was funky and realized my axle was not centered due to the trac bar. I know several people will not agree with me but to make a nice worry-free install you should include extended sway bar links and a trac bar drop bracket. You may not need longer shocks, but off-road travel may cause problems.
The thing to look at if you are thinking price is: What does the kit come with? Its real easy to sell a front hanger bracket and a shackle flip kit for really cheep. Look to see what the whole kit offers. Does it come with shocks? What kind of shocks? Does it have all the proper alignment issues covered? Does it come with a complete shackle or a flip kit that uses the stock shackle? After that it comes down to looks and strength. It really is true that “The Bitterness of Poor Quality Remains Long after the Sweetness of Low Price is Forgotten”

Look donahoe if you would actually take the time to read a post you would see that your post was completely irrelevant to this thread. Instead of seeing "hanger leveling kit" and immediatly writing about checking for completness and quality, why don't you take just a few minutes out of your time and read what the purpose of this thread was. I VERY clearly said:

If I had asked for quality opinions then I would have said so. It's sad that you can't have a discussion about hanger SIZES available without having a lovely manufacture chime in. Thanks but no thanks!

I was refering to this post, I'm so sorry I was irrelivent. But your list of hangers is like listing shocks. What is considerd a hanger kit from some companies in not even close to others. So it totally relivant. You are spreading information as if a hanger kit from one company is the same as another company and they are not. I was not trying to say who is best!! Most people know who is best. I was stating that some kits are not as complete as others. Thats it. I think your list is great but its missing important information and with that people will assume that they are all the same.
That all my brotha.. Keep up the good research. Its guys like you that make this board so cool. Taking the time to list stuff out.

NO i was NOT spreading information saying that one kit is the same as another. I know that they are almost ALL different in one way or another. The point of this thread was to tell what IS AVAILABLE! Your comments were NOT relivant, seeing that I said lets keep this thread simple - listing just the kits available. Had I said list kits and what they come with and their quality then it would have been relivant. But I DIDN'T, so it WASN'T.
You know I don't run a hanger kit, nor am I buying one. I was simply trying to come up with a list of POSSIBLE kits available for a person to look into. Thats all it was. I was TRYING to make a list to HELP out people looking for a leveling kit. If people want to read "which offers what" and so on all they have to do is search, that stuff has been discussed again and again on OTHER hanger threads.
