67 code on the ECC KOEO

Does anyone know what a 67 code is or how to repair it? I do know that my 89 Bronco has some problems. Here is a list.

A/C does not work.
Can start car in ANY Gear (Auto).
Tempature Gauge will not go past upper part of COLD.

Any help will be appreciated.

Code 67 is: NPS open with A/C on during self test/ A/C clutch on during self test

Unhappy

Problem is the A/C does not work. The A/C was not on during the test and it is the only code I retrieve when I'm looking up codes.
