Power locks acting funny

Power locks acting funny
Hello all, I'm new at this. Just bought an 00 Excursion 7.3L, and she runs like a top. However yesterday my locks started acting funny. Sometimes all will lock/unlock with the key fob/door switch. sometimes only the rear doors respond. Anyone encountered a problem like this? Also, I'll take any advice you have on the right chip/exhaust upgrade you can provide.
