radio

I Have a 1991 F-150 and got a new radio for it, but when I pulled the old one out the sticker that tells me what wires are what color was faded and I could not read it. I thought that if any one knew it would save me alot of trouble.
Thanks for any advice Mike

buy an aftermarket wiring adapter thats what i did, also i got a 1996 f150 and when you instal the stereo you will have to be careful when hooking up the antenna cable. in my truck it was surprisingly short( the antenna cable length), and came off more than once trying to get it in, due to it was not long enough, but it will work, but you will be cursing it...

10-4 on the wiring harness, that will save you lots of time and hassel. But if you have your mind set on not using one, check out http://www.installdr.com

go with aftermarket wire harrness but,
use a 9 volt battery to check wiring ok
some trucks in that era swap front spk grounds so maybe
right front - maybe left front-, rears are ok
luck to ya
