Banks Upgrade

Does anyone recommend putting any of the banks upgrades on thier truck? Wich one works the best, is it worth the money?

I have seen a PSD squall tires with a Powerpack and have never known this truck to have problems.

I have heard good things about Banks, but you can make the same amount of horsepower, well actually more HP by going with other companies. Banks charges a lot of money for the "Banks" name.

2001 F-350 CC Lariat 4X4 LB PSD SRW, Heated leather, off road package, western snow plow, strobe lights in parking lights and backup lights, tinted windows, pioneer cd player, rockford fosgate 1000x1 amp rocking 3 JL Audio 10W0's behind back seat, husky liners front and back, Hypermax "hot rod" chip, Hypermax pryo/boost gauge and Hypermax 3.5 inch downpipe and 5 inch exhaust.

I agree with Distinctive Dave-
You get a lot of power improvement from Banks, and it's a good system, but you can get more improvement for less money if you shop around for the various components. It's more work, but to some, that makes it more fun.

I've been looking for aftermarket exhaust and it seems that Banks has the best deal. Their "monster exhaust" is stainless and runs $695 from banks, but I've seen $650 at other online retailers. This is about the same price that most other name brands are charging for their aluminized exhaust. Even MotorHaven is charging $745 for their aluminized exhaust and $945 for their stainless exhaust. But as far as chips, there are far better pruducts out there for the price.

There are better systems out there but u have to look hard.Banks is a complete kit and thre isnt any looking.I am not going with Banks because i Dont want their exhaust.Im gonna get custom 3.5" exhaust!

If anyone is looking for something other than banks, email me or send me a private message and i can get you all kinds of websites on chips, exhaust and all the performance parts for the PSD. I just dont want to clutter the board. :-)
