Another engine mount/swap question.

The 390 is ready to go down in my '77 finally. Is there any way I can use my current 460 frame mounts? If not what all trucks can I get the mounts from? Any pre-73? Does it have to be a 4x4 to work w/ my 4x4 or will a set of mounts from a 2wd work?

390 uses the same mount towers as a 300 6cyl

460 conversion mounts are different for 2wd and 4wd

2wd or 4wd, 73-79

the steel mount towers that bolt to the frame are the same for FE big blocks and 300's, there are a couple sets of bolt holes on the frame, 300's bolt to one, FE's bolt to the other.
just use 390 mounts on them.
