B/U Lights & Carb problems
I have a couple of things that I could use some help on trying to fix.
1) First of all I really need to fix my backup lights, more specifically its a problem in the column because when I lift up on the gear shift they light up. Is there some way I can tighten things up without completely re-building my column?
2) Secondly I have a problem with my carb, it seems that when I step on the pedal just a little too hard that it cuts out and kills the engine.
Is this a problem with my choke?
I have a 73 F-350 Ranger XLT Super Camper 2wd auto, and its got a 2 barrel carb, if that helps.
Thanks in advance for any help,
-Chris
2) Sounds like your accelerator pump in your carb is bad. Also check the timing and vacuum advance unit.
