Not that I know of....at least mine still has hiccups. Very disappointing. If someone has additional information on a fix, please post.

CruelCrew,

This thread kinda fizzled out--I thought it was because the latest PCM reflash fixed the problem. I've read several posts from different people with the limp home problem posted it being fixed with their latest reflash, early to mid-April time frame.

Did you get a reflash recently and the problem still exists?

I have a friend with an 04 Lariet and he had the problem for about three months and then one day it just went away Three weeks after it disapered the dealer called and told him to bring it in because they had a fix with a new PCM reflash. He was a little worried that a reflash would bring it back but had it done anyway and it has been a month since the reflash and no problems. The good news is his truck is running great.

Had the reflash done (not sure which one?) end of March. Yes, I still get the occassional limp mode. It's not near as bad as it origianlly was...less engine stumbling and shorter time span. Restarting clears it up until next time it happens. Just living with it.

Mine showed the "Failsafe Mode" thing ONE time at about 1500 miles and I haven't seen it since (3400 miles now). Weird.
