Ford CSK vs Chevy CSK

Hey guys Fords had some CSK issues with there earlier gas engines but has replaced some motors and changed the desighn to eliminate the problem. However over at GM this issue is turning in to a nightmare for them. Its a widespread problem for them. Have over 5 websites dedicated to the problem. Whats really sad is how GM has handled this problem. They say that CSK is normal and will not do anything about it. Will not replace any engines. Say theres no harm to your engine. Will not effect it at all. GM sure does not treat there customers very well. My guess is to eliminate the problem complete;y they would have to make a totally different engine. And from what ive heard lately the problems are not over yet. To me heres another story where they rushed these engines in to production with out fully tesing them over the long haul. In 1999 when the new engines were introduced. Ford had already had there new line of engines for two years. GM had to fight back so they could compete with ford. To me GM customer service stinks. At least ford has tried to back up there truck better. What do you think. Thanks

Read the second post. Not that it's good there was a cracked head but from what I've seen, GM is a little more negotioable with this type of thing.
