95 eddie bauer 4wd
I have a 95 eb that does not have the towing package. It has the bumper hitch but i didn't see a wiring harness to hook lights up is it hard to put on of these harnesses on.

Check under your rear bumper just to the right of the license plate. If you have a Ford wiring harness it will terminate in a round gray plug with a dust cap. You need an adapter to go from the gray plug to a flat connector. If it's not there you can get an aftermarket adapter that ties into your left rear tailight.

Check and see if you have limited rear differential. Open the driver's door and look at the "AXLE" section and see what kind of code it is. If it states a "D4" or a "D2", then you have the trailer towing package because the tow package had limited rear differential included.
