Because its the only logical thing that I can think of that makes sence..Do you have any other ideas?

I believe most of these symptoms are ignition related to the sparkplug cable routing, for the 5.0 I know for sure, look at the firing order, 15426378, notice 7 and 8 is left bank and 7 fires into 8 through electromagnetism, if the cables are not laid in a Ford harness properly they can crossfire and cause a missfire at low rpm any speed, taking the #8 cable out of the harness and moving it up to the intake plenum area gets the 7 and 8 away from each other and the missfire goes away, I believe 5.8 have the same problem but on the right bank.
