I saw this on e-bay, so I decided to try it out. Its a Ford sticker that you apply over the high mount stoplight, and it blocks out the rest of the light so just the Ford lights up. I made it myself since I have access to vinyl cutting equipment. I made a Ford logo with "racing" on the bottom and checkered flag. Its a little hard to make out on the pics but it looks pretty good at night. Next time I'll use a bigger Ford logo so it will stand out more.
The pics are in my gallery, take a look and make your comments (good or bad).
I think its cool, but I dont think one should block the highmount anymore than necessary, they can save you from accidents on occasion.
With your talent I would think you could make a large boadacious custom lamp you could insert into the class 4 hitch that you could just plug into the trailer receptacle. Just an idea anyway.
Yea, I thought it was gonna be too dark, but it actually gets your attention because I left a strip at the bottom and it bounces the red light off the back window. I'll probably try something else though.
