remote/auto start units
Does anyone know if there is a remote start/auto start unit available for the 1990 f250 with a n/a 7.3L diesel?
A local shop says that he has one that will work on mine for 320.00 (seems a little steep) But I have my reservations since this thing isn't computer controlled.
If there is a system available it would be great for the cold winters we get up here in Minnesota. I could set the thing to start every 3 hours and run for 10-12 minutes and I would be sure to have a rig that will run when I need to get to work in the morning, or more important, when I need to get home
Plugging in at nite is very doable but doing so at work could be a little tricky.....
