Swapping V6 For V8

A co-worker of mine has a 1984 Bronco II 4x4 for sale. I was thinking of purchasing this vehicle and take the 302 out of my 1984 F-150 and putting in this Bronco II. I have 2 other trucks so I really have no need for a 3rd and I like the Bronco II. I was wondering what kind of mods, if any, would I encounter in swapping the 302? Also what about the transmission? I would like to put in my C-6 tranny but then I am asking for it huh? The vehicle is in great condition but I kind of like the idea of having a 8 cylinder coming out the hole.

A lot of people do the 302/5.0 swap into their BIIs & Rangers and an upgraded tranny is needed. You can also check our swap forum.
